This 50-minute presentation will focus on learning skills to assist the audience in saying no with confidence in an effort to reclaim their time, stand their ground, and create a healthy balanced lifestyle along the way. The presentation will focus on the struggle of being a people pleaser, the top reasons that people say yes when they know they should say no, and strategies for delivering the “magic word,” no, in various settings—personal and professional alike. Ultimately, the goal is for the listeners to develop the habit of setting personal boundaries and turning people down when needed. And most importantly to learn that saying no doesn’t make you a bad person.
