Dealing with HR Burnout!

Adrienne Roth is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the Society of Human Resource Management and is a member of both the National and Local SHRM organizations. She received her master’s degree in business administration from the University of New Orleans and a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Auburn University.
Adrienne has worked within the Human Resources field for over 15 years, with a strong focus on recruiting, training and development, employee engagement, and corporate culture. She recently started her own HR Consulting firm focusing on supporting small businesses, Roth HR Consulting. She has worked in family-owned companies, large government organizations, and national corporations. Her background includes industries such as retail jewelry, manufacturing, and education.
As a former middle school teacher, Adrienne is well suited to develop curriculum and training in sales, marketing, leadership, and management. She has also developed recruiting strategies and processes and corporate culture design and implementation. She is well versed in HRIS implementation and customization and online learning platforms.
Adrienne is currently serving her third year as a board member for the New Orleans Society of Human Resource Management (NOLA SHRM), is an active volunteer and trainer at the Council, District and Unit level for the Boys Scouts of America, Southeast Louisiana, and is a former National Officer for Zeta Tau Alpha fraternity.
